We played Station On Jasper in Edmonton on August 27th, 2022. Our album with Kevin is 20 years old… We’ve been a duo since 2005 but most people know we’ve had a bunch of collaborations since then with singers and rappers alike (Chips, DannyMac, Choclair), and in fact, Kevin did a track with us called On Your Own on our COLAB EP in 2013 which fostered the SiriusXM hit Mountain Hound (featuring Jay Sparrow.) All that said, we haven’t been on a stage together since the BODOG Battle of the Bands in 2007. Being on stage with our brother and original founding member of MSO after such a long time was rewarding and cathartic. New plans are in the works with Jay and Kevin for new collaborations, and the future of My Sister Ocean is solid AF.
